Charity Presentation
At our festival washup meeting held on Monday 3 November, we handed over a cheque for £1,173.03 to Tony Scott (left) on behalf of Return to Life, our festival charity this year which supports kidney patients and operates Scotland’s only walk in renal charity centre. The magnificent sum was donated by customers via unused tokens and collecting tins. Thank you very much to everyone for their generosity.

Thanks to everyone who supported the 24th Ayrshire Real Ale Festival, despite the best efforts of Storm Amy in disrupting travel. We hope you all had a great time. Beer of the Festival was Jennings Sneck Lifter, and the Cider of the Festival was Dudda’s Tun Cherry Cider.
Next year’s festival dates are Thursday 1 October – Saturday 3 October 2026.

2025 Festival – Coming Soon!
Thursday 2 – Saturday 4 October, 2025 in Troon Concert Hall.Planning meetings are finished, and we’re ready for the 24th Ayrshire Real Ale Festival which opens on Thursday 2 October 2025 at 12 noon for CAMRA members, or 2pm for non-CAMRA members.
We’re just a short 10 minute walk from Troon railway station (hopefully no major restrictions unlike last year!) and even closer from the local bus stops which serve Irvine, Dundonald/Kilmarnock and Prestwick/Ayr.
Overall, we will have around 150 cask ales, 25 real ciders and perries, some low/no-alcohol beers, wine and soft drinks, along with the provision of hot snacks and musical entertainment. More details nearer the time of the festival.
Tickets will be available on the door only, so come along early with some friends, grab a seat and enjoy the weekend.
